Job Description

We are looking for a capable Devops engineer to partner with our engineering team in improving our existing process automation and CI/CD pipeline design.
We are:

• Solving problems across distributed systems & linear/integer programming
• Managing industrial-scale ML models and artfully-crafted bespoke data science models in one framework, SaaS-like database management,
• Developing & managing 100s of API integrations
• Blending big & small datasets
• Doing much more, the list goes on

Responsibilities

• Oversee CI/CD Pipeline
• Manage code quality tools as part of the development pipeline
• Help manage the usage of AWS, provide guidance on tooling
• Partner with developers to deploy secure code.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience working on AWS Cloud technologies.
• Be a crucial interface for development and execution of IT operations
• Very comfortable hands-on coding and scripting experience over 3-5 years using Javascript, nodejs, Java with desire to learn other languages.
• Understanding of Microservices / serverless stacks with containerized deployments.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, Redshift).
• Understanding of programming concepts like iterative design, functional and object oriented programming and software design patterns, integration patterns and concepts of scalable architecture.
• Experience with software development best-practices, including unit testing and continuous delivery.
• Desire to apply agile development principles in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skill
• BE/BS or equivalent experience.
