Job Description

The Measured platform represents the 4th gen evolution in marketing analytics SaaS platforms. It’s packed with “standard” innovations in marketing tech and ad tech over the last 15 years, while pushing the envelope on new frontiers in marketing tech and marketing sciences. We are solving problems across distributed systems, linear/integer programming, state machine algorithms, managing industrial-scale ML models and artfully-crafted-bespoke data science models in one framework, dependency graphs based adaptive systems, SaaS-like database management, managing 100s of 3rd party API integrations, applications in graph theory, artful blending of big data & small data, the list goes on. Lots and lots of original innovation throughout.

The data science group is setup as an advanced applied data science practice supported by a bench of world class academic and industry advisors. A typical day for a Measured data scientist may look like this – start your day helping interpret statistical significance on a tricky reads from live experiments, then putting your head phones on for 3 hours of ensemble development, an hour of academic literature review as a group on advanced statistical methods for market matching and end your day helping product managers design EDA workflow in experimentation products.

We are looking for a data scientist who want 10 years of industry experience packed in 3. If you love solving hard real-world problems and have a passion for your craft, you’ll love working with us.


  • 5+ years of industry experience, preferably with 2-3 years in data science
  • Proficient in Python or R, and SQL.
  • Comfortable working with databases, visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Hands-on advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in data cleaning, wrangling of multi-dimensional datasets
  • Experience developing Machine learning models for business use cases
  • Strong foundation in applied statistics
  • Strong aptitude for exploratory data analysis
  • Knowledge in Time series analysis, deploying models in ML Flow or SageMaker is added advantage
  • Desire to apply agile development principles in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong teamwork and communications
  • BE/BS/PGDM -in data science or equivalent experience.
